Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Extend Visitor Visa from Canada

Hi,

My parents visited from India and received I-94 that is valid for 3 months only. Earlier they came here and every time they received I-94 valid for 6 months.

Is it possible to fly to Canada & get new I-94 ??

They do have 10 Year multiple entry visitor visa and they never stayed more than they have been legal allowed.

I know you can apply for extention of visa but chances are high that they get rejected w/o proper reason to stay.

I also know that If you fly to Europe and come back they will get new I-94 but Is it possible with CANADA ???

Thanks

Re: Extend Visitor Visa from Canada

If they are here on a B-2 visa they would be able to apply for an extension while they are here in the US so long as their I-94 has not already expried.
