Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Hi, we filed for for my mom's greencard few years ago.She even got interview call. But she decided leave the country and did not attend her interview. Now I am thinking of applying for her green card again. Will there be any problem? Thanks in advance.

Yes, there could be an inadmissibility problem if she overstayed her non-immigrant visa prior to applying for a green card through adjusyment of status, and then left the country after overstaying for over 180 days.
