Misrepresentation on I-485

I applied for I485 in July 2007, but i didnt mention about my town ordinance voilation regarding shoplifting done in 20

What can be consequences?

What can i do to fix it?

Your application could be denied on the basis that you failed to disclose your arrest. Have you been interviewed? Have you disclosed this at your interview? You have to provide the USCIS with a certificate of disposition.

However, you should talk with an immigration lawyer to see whether your "violation" is really something minor or a conviction for something that could jeopardize your adjustment.
