Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Work with New sponsoring Employer, 7th year H1b

Can a new employer sponsor me for GC (H1B, LC)?Will there be problems? I have a denied I-140 petition under appeal and I am on my 7th year of H1b. If I became out of status, Can I use my Section 245(i) transferability benefits to a new employer petition. H1b expiring March 2009.

A new employer may be able to sponsor you. You have not provided enough information about your job and your 245(i) eligibilty and the reason for the I-140 denial and appeal. This are all things that are relevant to determining your eligibility to refile any other petitions with USCIS.
