My 16 year old son while on probation took his friends car without consent, blew a .06 reckless driving, no lic. reg. ins. about 8 tickets! What could he be facing?

Criminal charges for the theft of the car along with a violation of probation. He'll lose his DL for quite some time, meaning he may not be able to drive until 19. This could really go south for him depending on his record, the original charge and his behavior on probation. Of course, this is the worst case scenario.

I have an office in Toms River and I'd like to discuss the case with you. Call me at 732/247/3340 to set up a free, initial consultation.
