Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

I live in a 200 unit building in NJ in a 2 bed/bath apartment. If the hot water is not working in one of the bathroom for 2 months due to a problem that the condo management is trying to solve, am I entitled to a pro-rated rent reduction? I did not ask anything before, but I am getting a similar situation in my other bathroom... I am getting tired of paying full rent for a not full apartment.
