When a new owner buys a home that was being rented, how much time must the new owner allow the current tenant to move out if there was no formal written lease in place?

The new owner takes subject to the lease and becomes the landlord. The tenant's rights are unaffected. If the new owner intends to occupy the house, it may be possible to terminate the tenancy. If the tenant continues to pay rent and does not leave voluntarily, the new owner must file for eviction. If you need more help with this, give me a call.
