Rental Law help please

I had a one year lease with my landlord. I am now moving and am wanting to break the lease. They have lost the lease copy that I had signed when I first moved in. What type of advantages do I now have with my lease?

I'm not sure that you any "advantage" per se. If you would like to terminate your tenancy early, there are certain procedural requirements you should follow to minimize your liability and exposure. If you'd like to discuss this further, please contact my office for a free consult.
