Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

warrant of removal filed, sheriff came changed locks and is now telling me i have to hold tenants furniture for another 30 days? how can that be when he already passed the three day provision and locks are changed? we cannot afford to lose another months rent

you dont have to keep the stuff in the unit, but you must comply with the NJ Abandoned Property Statute
