Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in New Jersey

it's our money but he stole it!

My community was involved in a lawsuit back in the early 80's involving illegal toxic waste that had been dumped in our neighborhood forcing us to use bottled water for months. A settlement was reached, and all affected adults were compensated monetarily. A trust fund was set up for the minors in the amount of One million dollars, to be distrubuted when the youngest minor on the list reached the age of 18. Recently I discovered that the law firm and lawyer placed in charge of the acount has been indicted for stealing over 8 million dollars from his clients, including us! The money is gone! What should I do?
