Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

finding prior lawsuits filed against this person

I want to find all lawsuits filed against a particular doctor in the last six years. I went to the clerk in Superior Court-Law Division and she didn't even have my suit in her data bank under this doctor's name. She only had it in my name. Is there any other way I can access these filed suits such as a special company who deals with this type of request. Attorneys must look up lawsuits on doctors to see if there is a pattern. I don't mind if there are fees involved, I just would like the access. Thanks.

The State runds site that has limited information about malpractice claims. That link is http://12.150.185.184/dca/ You can also try the following services for more detailed information.WestLaw and Lexis are less expensive and easier to use. Choicepoint, Courtlink, Superior and Charles Jones are more expensive and somewhat user friendly. Not everyone can get accounts with them. Pacer can be useful, very inexpensive but difficult to navigate
