Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

i am a paralegal. i have a dental client who is suing for malpractice. She was tested for allergies to titantium and came back negative, then dentist put in titanium and she had a bad reaction. Is the dentist liable. We are trying to find an affadavit of merit without much success. Any ideas? Would like to discuss case further. She has permanent ear ringing and chronic sinusitus. But, hasn't gone to the ear doctor due to financial reasons. She is now in bankrupcy due to all the dental bills.

Thanks,
