Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I chewed on a pebble while eating at a restaurant and chipped my tooth. I reported it to the manager then who submitted the documentation to the insurance company. I have no pain in my tooth. The insurance agent requested me to consult a dentist and find out the cost of repairing the tooth and said that they will make an offer based on the estimate with some money for pain and suffering. I do not know the amount yet. I believe they will ask me to sign something in effect of that the money is the end of their responsibilities and I cannot get any more help on this from them. What do you suggest I should do ?

Call an attorney today. Not later, now. While I cannot predict 100% will happen, they may low ball you because you do not have an attorney. You may have already said too much, but let an attorney tell you that. Feel free to call my anytime at 732/773/2768 to discuss.
