Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

do a reguire another lawyer for my injury

I work for a large package delivery service company. i was hurt on my job which required sugery and 10 plus weeks of my arm in a cast due to this injury also physcial therapy and will loose 40 % of my wraist movement. i was hit by another drivers truck. besides workmens comp could i sue the driver who caused this accident or do i sue the company?

you cannot sue a co-emplopyee in NJ. It sucks but thats the law, unless he intentionally ran you over in which case he would be liable but not his insurance co.

It depends on whether the truck and more importantly the driver of that truck was a co-employee. If so you are stuck with workers comp if not then you would have a valid lawsuit for negligence. If you wish to discuss this matter more please call 732-286-2170.

Under the circumstances you may also bring a case against the driver of the other vehicle which was involved in your accident.
