What is the statute of limitations in the state of New Jersey for personal injury matters? ...for Medical Malpractice matter?

For personal injury cases, it is a two year limitation from that date of the accident. THe same applies for Medical Malpractice cases, but then are exceptions, depending upon the facts of the case.

generally two years from the time you knew or should have known of the injury and it's relationship to the event causing the injury
