Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

foreclosure

My house was foreclosed and was sold. Had two mortgages and now second mortgage is coming after me for repayment of loan for $60,000 at $350 a month. I have no assest or wages to take. They said they can take me to court but I hae nothing to give. what will happen.

At this point, you may want to consider filing bankruptcy to protect any assets you do have.
