The seller typically pays the real estate commission so as the buyer I am not sure why this would be an issue for you; however, if there is a listing agreement in effect, that would set forth the commission agreed to between agent and seller. similar to the last answer I do not know why you are concerned as the seller is responsible for this. However a brokers commission is governed by the listing agreement and the division between the listing agent and the selling agent is set forth in the listing agreement.
