I need to know what legal form to use for a joint ownership of property by 2 single adults: joint with rights of survivorship. we live in new jersey and this is our vacation home we purchased together. what type of will?

If you are considering jointly owning real property, I would recommend that you obtain a "Joint Trust with Rights of Survivorship" deed. Subsequent changes to such a deed would require both signatures. A change to a will can occur at any time without notice to a beneficiary.
