Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Re-Appeal

Can I appeal against the judgement given to me from the Small Claims Compensation court to some other higher court. I'm not staisfied with the judgement I received and would like to fight or have a trial again as I was not prepared with the neccessary documents the first time I was called.

Thanks in advance for all the input.

Re: Re-Appeal

IF YOU ARE STILL WITHIN TIME, YOU CAN FILE AN APPEAL TO THE REGULAR DIVISION OF THE SUPERIOR COURT AND THEN TO THE APPELLATE DIVISION. YOU REALLY SHOULD HAVE AN ATTORNEY ASSISTING YOU, SO SEEK SOMEONE WITH TYPE OF EXPERIENCE.

It really depends on the facts and details of the case including the amount in question. I can't give you an informed opinion without a discussion with you. It would be a free consultation on your matter. I may be reached at 212-512-0525.
