Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

reverse mort in husbands name

I am younger so reverse mort was in my husbands name only.He died now I have 4 months to..sell, buy, give up the house. I want to stay. I already probated the will. Now do I have to go for a new mortgage or can I refinance. I feel like I am in limbo and I am running out of time. I only make $31000 a year and the rev mort is now $110,000.I wouldn't be able to get rent for less than $900 a month.
