Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

We four siblings own a home together, and one of them has allowed a stranger to us, to park his motorcycle in our garage.... WITHOUT permission... she told him she had everyone's ok, but that is a lie... what position does that leave me in? Is she allowed to do this, just welcome anyone in there? now that man also has a key to the garage... please help.

Communication is the realistic answer. Sure, you could file a law suit against your sibling to get a Court Order requiring all persons in the house to only do things that all agree to, but is that realistic? All of you need to come to an understanding about use of the house. If you cannot agree, someone needs to be "bought out" and only the ones who can live together would remain. If you cannot come to an agreement in that regard, a forced sale, called a "partition action" can be filed.
