Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Jersey

Sexual Harrasment

I have been being sexually abused at work both verbally & physically for about 3 months now by my immediate

supervisor. I have yet to report it to anyone because quite honestly I am embarrassed, mortified & afraid to lose my job. I have finally told my finance & much to my relief he wants to stand by my side. I do not have any proof ie: audio or video but I'm sure there is at least 1 person who has seen the inappropriate behavior. I'm not sure what my next step should be from a legal standpoint but I do know that I do not want to see anybody else go through this. I'm planning on staying home from work tomorrow because mentally I've had it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

Thank you in advance.

Re: Sexual Harrasment

First, you MUST report it to your employer IN WRITING. Then, keep track of and hold on to every piece of paper or e-mail you get, print it out, and keep it in a file. Then give our offices a call.
