Disorderly Conduct

Few days ago i crossed rail tracks and was given a ticket for ''Disorderly conduct''. Can someone tell me about the nature of ticket and how much it will cost?

There are a few types of disorderly conduct. I need to see your complaint. Genrally disorderly conduct

is a disorderly persons offense and has a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail and a maximum fine of $500.

Disorderly conduct is a violation of the New Jersey Criminal code if you were charged under N.J.S. 2C:33-2, and on that charge you can face up to 30 days in jail and $500 in fines, as well as having a criminal record. However, some towns have their own disorderly conduct laws, and if that is the case then the penalties would be different.
