Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Drivers License Suspentions

I moved to Florida a year ago. When I tried to switch my drivers license over I was told that I was suspended in NJ. I owed some fines that I had neglected to pay. I paid them Immediately via credit card and was told the reciepts would be sent to me. It has been 8 months and I've recieved nothing. Everytime I call I'm told to come pick them up. I've even offered to send a postage paid envelope and I'm told the same. I do not have anyone in NJ to pick them up for me and Since I live in Florida, I can't just stop by and pick them up. What can I do? Thank you.
