Re: driving on suspended license

If convicted, you will lose your DL for 6 months. Thus, I strongly suggest you get an attorney. The judge may even force you to get one.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

Re: driving on suspended license

I am assuming that you were written for 39:3-40. If you are found guilty of that charge you will lose your license for 6 months if it is the first time you have been convicted of that charge. If it is your 2nd you also get 1 day jail.....if it is your third or more you get a minimum of 10 days jail. If you wish to dicuss the matter further contact me at [email protected] or 732/286/2170
