failue to appear

I have failure to appear its 17 years old no warrent for my arrest I went to court never finished paying the fine. I am moving back to town and I want to get my Driver license back. I contacted the court the clerk gave me a court date. I asked would I be arrested she said no. We just want our money. My question is will I be aressted. It was for Driving while suspended speeeding and possesion of CDS. I was given pre trial intervention which I completed just never finished paying the fine

It depends on the Judge. I suggest you get an attorney. It will show the judge that you are serious about handling the issue. It shouldn't be very expensive since it should be a quick appearance.

Post the bail, get a court date, pay the fine. You probably will not be facing any jail time, HOWEVER, the judge does have the right to jail you for contempt of court. Most likely you won't get any jail though.
