Re: ticket error

To pick up on Mr. Moore's thoughts, I suggest you consult with an attorney before you do anything. Cops make mistakes on tickets all of the time. In some states, this will get you off completely, but this is not the case in NJ. They can fix this ticket at any time.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

Re: ticket error

You received the ticket so you know that you are the defendant. A mistake as to the state in which you are licensed is not critical to the charge against you. If the speed on the ticket is more than the speed you were told that is proof to be used in your favor in your trial. If the speed on your ticket is less than the speed you were quoted you were given a break.

You need the services of an attorney.

Call me if you like.
