Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

affidavit of continuous marriage

Where do I find an existing one on file? I'm doing a search and need to prove ownership of surviving spouse. They're not recorded at the county clerk.

(1) You do not say what you need this for? (2) I am unaware of this type of specific document being a traditional type of document that gets recorded anywhere. (3) It is probably something that one needs to draw up personally. If I knew what was its purpose or use, I could probably assist you in drafting appropriate language.

This will bring up a form with the name you asked about.
