My aunt's will
I am on an account with my Aunt who passed away - The executor of
the will refuses to give me a copy of
the death certificate to close the account($600) - How can I get a death certificate with or without him

Contact the funeral director for a copy, or contact the County Clerk where she resided when she died. Either should be able to supply you with one, for a small fee.
