Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My brother died in 2008 and he did not have a will. He has a wife who he started to devorce . She is nonresponsive to the intestate proceedings . He was a home owner and my sisters are the administrators . Do we have a case to hold on to our brothers property .

I agree with Bob that more facts are needed, such as were they living together or separated? Had proceedings been commenced? How was Deed registered? How were any bank accounts registered. The response depends on these answers.
