Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

What doe this mean?

a willwas examined by an opposing forensic examiner and he wrote ''there is a distinct variation between the two signatures executed on the POA dated the same day as the questioned document but does relect certain innate aspects which would not have been copied by a forger'' is she saying that the same person that signed the POA is in fact the same person that signed the questioned document?

Re: What doe this mean?

Seems like she is being very careful with her opinion. It appears there are some doubts about the signature on the Will (appears to be different than that on the POA) but at the same time, she can't rule out the possibility that the signature is genuine.

That's not a very convincing expert opinion. Without a more definative expert opinion, it would appear that the signature on the Will would be allowed to stand.

I concur with Jon, that this is a glib opinion that it appears one signature may not have been forged. Unless you compare them to a third version that is undoubtably that of the person, a more specific opinion probably cannot be provided.
