You should have a lawyer handle her estate. I can refer you to a good lawyer. Drop me a line and let me know what county you live in.

Give me a call, you have to probate her estate. No charge to talk it over and I can help you. I am doing an estate right now like this, where the son lives in Indiana and the daughter lives in southern NJ.

I agree with Robert; either probate her Will or seek administration if she died without a Will. There are some nuances that could be considered if she had no Will, so contact me directly if you need assistance. First conference hour is free.
