Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Can a motion to enforce litigant's rights be filed post-judgment in a probate matter or is such motion only reserved for family matters? As next of kin I filed one NJ but maybe my only relief in probate court is OTSC? Guardianship matter.

It is pretty clear you can use a lawyer's advice. Give me a call, I do a fair amount of probate litigation in Bergen and Passaic.
