Palimony vs. Will

My Aunt recently passes away. She had a will in place naming her two adult children everything 50/50. She also had a boyfriend who lived with her in her home who is now suing for palimony. Is there a chance that her will won't be carried out?

I agree with Gary. All he has is a claim against the estate, not to overturn the Will or have it invalidated.

His claim is against the estate's assets. If it is found he is entitled a portion of the estate that will leave less to be divided on a 50-50 basis.
