Personal administrator

What do i need to do in order to become a personal administrator to my deceased husband? where would i need to go?

You must apply at the Surrogate Court for the County where your husband resided at the time of his death. You must bring an original death certificate and a check or cash to pay the fees (usually between $100-150) and a list of his children's names and addresses.
