Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

A relative of mine died over a year ago in New Jersey, if someone was appointed Executor of the deceased's Estate from Perth Amboy, NJ (not a large estate)and they are not fulfilling this responsibility, what can we do to protect the rights of the deceased to complete his wishes?

Beneficiaries of an estate can request/compel information from an Executor.

If the Executor is completley failing in his/her responsibilites, a court application for his/her removal would be appropriate.

Good luck.
