Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Removing the administrator

I have been fighting to remove my mother as administrator for over a year now so I can get appointed as administrator and search for the asetts that i know have been stolen or hidden from me and my son. Five times she has not shown up for her depositions and even the last one the judge ordered, she did not show up. How many times will the court allow this before she is removed ? Thank you

Re: Removing the administrator

A Court will allow one or 2 reasonable adjournements before holding someone in contempt or removing them from office. Pursue this aggressively to get the Court to act.
