you have got to hire an attorne to protect yourself. It is difficult to give you advise because there are so many questions to ask.Have you been compensated for your eye? How did it happen? What county are you in?

Re: going back to work on 12-04-06

A person who gets injured on the job like you did is entitled to receive a workers compensation disability award for his injuries. Regarding the other issues of reduction of pay and a possible termination of employment, they really are seperate from the workers compensation issue. I am an attorney who has handled very many cases similar to yours in various workers compensation courts throughout New Jersey in the past. I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

SIncerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
