Re: Where to file

You can file in either state, but since you live in New Jersey it would be better to file in New Jersey because there are workers compensation courts in every county, so you will end up going to court closer to home than if you file in New York. I am an attorney who has handled hundreds of workers compensaiton claims in various workers compensation courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact my office to discuss your case in more detail and so I can talk to you about what I can do to help you. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

SIncerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
