Comp. court said I'm 27.5% disabled due to work related accident what am I entitled to from my employer and State?

I have done hundreds of workers compensation cases over the years and I know that if you have a large settlement like yours then you must have had an attorney representing you. You really should talk to them. I also know that if a settlement is put through in workers compensation court then the judge is required to explain to you all of the details of your settlement before they can approve the settlement. 27.5% can mean a lot of different things, so if you want to talk to me about this instead of your lawyer, please feel free to contact me.
