Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

no workers comp.

is there a way to find out if my employer has workers comp. insurance. i was injured on the job over a month ago & they say it's in the works. i think he's lying to me

Yes, there is a way. You can go online and look up your company at the New Jersey Compensation Ratings and Inspection Bureau (also called NJCRIB) web site. However, if you got hurt on the job and your boss is not doing the right thing, you should contact a lawyer like myself who specializes in workers compensation to assist you. It costs you nothing up front to get the assistance of a lawyer and the lawyer's don't get paid unless they win your case. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail.
