Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in New Mexico

unreasonable gps monitoring for charge i got a six month time waiver for

i was placed on braclet when i was released from jail on a misdomenor charge of battery on a household member. the district attorney recommended time waiver that stipulates if i dont break any laws they'll dismiss it. i was on unsupervized probation when i was arrested for bhhm. i wanted to know if domestic abuse intervention center allowed me to return home saying i wasnt a threat to my spouse and a time waiver that was set to go to trial if i break a law that i plead not guilty; not a guilty plea if i mess up waiver, how come i been home for a month & a half having to pay for this expensive and unnessasary device? i thought i was to go back to previous conditions of probation, if i wasnt convicted of the crime i shouldnt be punished for it til then im supposed to be innocent til proven guilty right? my probation officer is an employee of the braclet company too, isnt that a conflict of interest also?
