Assuming that New Mexico has no special restrictions, it is possible. You may need legal counsel there to prepare the deed and take care of any other formalities required in that state.

Typically, once a purchase & sale agreement is executed, an attorney can then prepare the deed, and represent you at closing, unless the closing takes place entirely by mail. You would only need to execute the deed before a notary public here in Massachusetts.

Yes, it is possible to sell land in another state without going there. You will have to sign the deed here and get it notarized and you will have to give someone in NM a limited power of attorney. If you need assistance please feel free to contact me.
