Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
forgery
i was charged with forgery along with another person, he has been sentenced. he gave a statement where it was said that he had trick me into cashing a forged check. his lawyer never gave my lawyer the recorded taped statement so i could here it with my attorney. now it has been disposed of did i have aright to listen to that tape along with my attorney?
