Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

If my boyfriend and I get married in the state of NM, will one responsible for child support that he owes in CO?

I could give you a big long convoluted legal theory answer but the bottom line answer is that in NM the answer is a resounding NO. If you want to know CO law you should post the question in the CO forum. However, I suspect the answer will be similar.
