Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

I got divorced 3 years ago. My ex has definitely been alienating the kids from me. I initiated a new parenting plan so she would have to share school records with me since she is a home school mother, share activities with me, medical information, school outings and so on. She represented herself during the parenting plan negotiation. She dragged it on to make me pay as much as I could to my lawyer to punish me. We signed it the first week in October. I insisted she share the school work and tell me when their outings were. She got angry and the day she received the filed copy of the parenting plan she got a lawyer and filed for full custody and claimed I was unstable and a threat to the kids. I have to represent myself now because I spent everything on the parenting plan.
