I JUST FOUND OUT I WAS DIVORCED LAST DECEMBER IN NEW MEXICO---I WAS NoT CONTACTED OF ANY PROCEEDINGS-----WHAT IS THE LAW ON THIS THERE---I AM IN TEXAS

You must be given notice of the proceedings. If your whereabouts are unknown, the court can approve notice by publication in a newspaper in the area of your last known residence. Probably your (supposed) ex told the judge she couldn't find you and the judge approved the notice by publication. You can find that out by looking at the record in the court that granted the divorce.
