Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

If a motion is filed to reinstate a case, is it the law that I, as the respondant, receive a copy of the motion from the petitioners lawyer?

The straight forward answer is "yes." See the rules of civil procedure for the district courts of New Mexico rule 7, rule 7.1 and rule 11.
