Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

I was wanting to know, CYFD took my two girls from me in 2009 and by the end of 2009 I was convinced into signing my rights, so I did. Then as my head started to clear up, I was reading all my paper work and found out a bunch on things that were not correct. Is there anything that I can do?

Thank you,

A Loving Mother and a Tricky state

You can always petition the court to void your prior consent as not being competently given, and ask for the return of your children. You situation will have to be considerably improved over that in 2009, and the childrens' best interests must be clearly to be with you or you are wasting your time.
