Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Mexico

At what age is a child considered an adult

I am currently trying to find out where it states that a child is considered an adult at the age of 18. It is not in the Constitution.

Please advise.

It is a statute, enacted by the State legislature, and different in each State.

Mckinneys Consolidated laws include the NY laws.

For criminal law, the Penal Code is the correct source of law.
